2025 AGM

Notice is given to all members of the convening of the Bathurst Cycling Club Inc Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 on 5th November 2025, Bathurst Velodrome Clubhouse, 624 Vale Road at 6.30pm.

AGM Business Agenda

• Confirm minutes 2024 AGM

• Receive reports on Club Activities

• Receive Financial Statement

• Elect Office bearers and Ordinary Members to Committee

• Life Member Ratification - Nil for 2025

- Close meeting

Nominations are called for the following positions for the Committee:

Office Bearers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer

And

Ordinary Committee Members: Ordinary Committee Member (Road), Ordinary Committee Member (Track) and Ordinary Committee Member (Juniors).

Nominations for Committee positions must be received by the Secretary, Tracey Robinson in person, or email to bathurstcyclingclub@gmail.com at least 7 days before the AGM. Nominations are to be endorsed by two members, please use form below.

All Current financial BCC Members over the age of 18 are invited to attend and vote. No proxy votes or postal votes will be accepted.
